A KINGS VALLEY COLLIE FOR YOU ...

For nearly three decades, KINGS VALLEY has bred Collies of classic beauty, intelligence, and character. In the show ring, at work, and at home, our Collies are confident, trustworthy, affectionate companions. We firmly believe that early socialization in a stimulating setting brings out the Collie's marvelous, versatile personality and enriches his entire adult life. Our Collies live with us as members of the family and participate in our daily routines; this is how they learn to behave appropriately in all sorts of situations. All our puppies are 'Kindergarten' trained and house proofed. Their eyes have been examined by a canine opthalmologist and they are current on vaccinations and wormings. By 8 to 10 weeks of age, every puppy is ready, physically and emotionally, to join its new family. EACH PUPPY IS CAREFULLY EVALUATED IN TERMS OF PHYSICAL AND MENTAL ATTRIBUTES AND ITS PRICE IS SET ACCORDINGLY: COMPANION DOG: A happy, healthy, pretty puppy with minor cosmetic fault(s) not favored in the show ring or for breeding. Companion puppies receive 'Limited [AKC] Registration' and should be neutered/spayed. $950. up. WORKING DOG: [OBEDIENCE, TRACKING, HERDING, CARTING, AGILITY, THERAPY, SERVICE,] A puppy that is structurally sound, with great physical stamina, showing eagerness and sustained interest in retrieving, gathering, climbing, and other structured activities.  $950. up. BREEDING DOG: A puppy that is physically and mentally sound and structurally correct and strong, conforms to the Collie breed standard, and is well-bred to produce quality offspring. $1,000. up. SHOW PROSPECT: A puppy that excels on all counts, fully conforms to the Collie breed standard, and shows off its style and character with the self-assured pride of a winner. $1200. at 3 -4 months. ADULT COMPANIONS: Occasionally, when we retire one of our special matrons or stud dogs -- usually breed champions with working titles -- we offer these 'professional' Collie friends a life of leisure with loving, full-time families. We also provide further, specialized training to particularly gifted Collies for the demanding work as SERVICE DOGS for physically challenged persons. Please inquire.
